I have to say. For a woman who kept a child hidden from the world, all to retain her youth, Gothel is pretty cool. I look at her, in "good mother/supposed friend" mode, and I see a lot of myself, and not just because she looks like me. And also, if I was going to be bad, I'd want to be glamourous, just like Gothel.

hell yeah, i think that's way most people can get to really dislike her, she reminds a lot of Cher LOL, i think the bad gays are to be glamourous, and i've always got this sympathy for bad guys XD, i adore megamind for instance

Yeah. My heart is set firmly in the light, but I have a soft spot for bad guys who make being bad look like fun. Even bigger though is the soft spot I have for "villains turned heroes" like Megamind.
P.S. Megamind is my animated twin. The DVD came out on my birthday this year and he and I have very similar personalities/pasts/taste in science, friends, and glamorous villany.

LOL how cool is that!! being megaminds' relative :D awesome!! i like glamourous and clumpsy villains, like Hades, talking about Hercules, although he does have a slight of glamour XD

I don't know if Hades is clumsy, being a god and all, but he is certainly glamourous. :giggle: I do like his "monkey" face though when Meg says "Looks like your game is over." And then that look he has when he talks about "the right curves"... deviously priceless! :XD::fear: The only thing I don't like about him is his, quite literal, temper flares; then again, I probably shouldn't complain since I "blow my stack" in a similar fashion to him when I get angry, not to mention the fact that I have Greek blood in me too.

This might be a funny thing to say, but her personality in the movie so reminds me of my aunt....in a bad way.....but not as dramatic...my aunt just as a bit of a temper and I really dislike her, but she's no where as bad as Gothel.

Your piece looks great though!
